Juvo Backoffice is a SaaS solution which provides MNO a single web-based platform to check the health index of their business and manage the data of each MSISDN, loan information and loyalty program on the customer support dashboard.
In the ideation stage, I first worked with the product lead and product marketing lead to identify the product proposition and the solution hierarchy. After creating the information architecture, I led the design team to do several brainstorming sessions to set up the layout direction of Juvo first SaaS dashboard. I designed the UX wireframes and then worked with the visual designer and UI designer to finalize the UI of Juvo backoffice and drive it into production. In 2019, I set up the research plan template, reviewed the research plan, and supervised the user study of Juvo audience dashboard.
